After almost 15 years of managing MMVL development portfolio, combining skills acquired through formal qualifications and many years of experience, he ensures that MMVL continues to deliver for stakeholders. Manish is primarily responsible for assessing project viability, formulating optimum financing strategies and monitoring the financial performance of the company's portfolio of projects.

Ashish has been active in the property industry for the last 10 years and has a wealth of knowledge in the property development. His skills cover a range of activities including site acquisition, management of the project life cycle from inception through to the completed asset and also plays a major role in project due diligence and funding. Responsible for the strategic development and commercial management of the group, his number one priority is customer service delivery which is backed by the commitment that runs through the heart of MMVL.
